My favourite horse is a very fussy feeder, prone to weight loss and with a poor apetite. I have tried every manufacturer of haylage and the very best hay but the only thing he never turns his nose up at is EH Haylage. I know he enjoys it and does not waste a drop. His weight is consistent and his coat looks great. I would not use anything else now.

Like most of us I can not abide waste and most importantly my horses eat every drop of their EH Haylage. It is also important to me that i can carry the bags myself as I am always busy both at shows and around the yard at home.

EH Haylage bags are designed to be easy to handle because of their weight and the vacuum packed bags have a top which forms a carry handle.

I choose EH Haylage because the quality is always top class and my horses look terrific.

During my 35 years of working in the equine industry I have used every type of horse hay and haylage on the market.

So it was with great relief that 8 years ago I discovered Ed Howard and his unique product. Having owned and run various Riding Schools during my varied career, the problems with old school horses were always the same. These horses who because of their experience made them valuable. Breathing problems always seemed to end an otherwise great working life.

EH Haylage made it possible for these horses to have much longer and productive careers, breathing problems became a thing of the past; even horses with chronic lung disorders became virtually drug and problem free. The care to which the haylage is made and the way it is produced and packaged made feeding easy and hugely beneficial. The long-term effects saving expense, time and altering the whole course of how my horses work and feel. The improvement in young stock and our other horses was also obvious for all to see.

Without the support of Ed Howard, I am sure we would not have produced horses to work at such a high level, fronting a team that represents Great Britain in Working Equitation and becoming one of the most influential schools in the country today.

I was fed up using hay as each bale was different in terms of quality. I was throwing more out and it was proving to be expensive. It was then that EH Haylage was recommended to me. I have to be honest and say that I haven't looked back.

Each bale is as good as the first. The tough plastic wrapping ensures that the bale retains all the natural ingredients nature intended it to - unlike some of its competitors whose wrapping snags easily allowing air to enter causing mould and waste. The bales are all the same size and this makes them easy to handle and store.

My horses Mafeking and Blitz are fed almost entirely on EH Haylage. Henry, my daughter's 10.2hh Welsh x Shetland pony is also catered for with EH Haylage's High Fibre bales.

I will always recommend EH Haylage as it is everything it says on the wrapping!
